What is a Draxui?

A Draxui is a cross between a human and a dragon. Not by the human's choice. 
These beings were created by a dragon, known as Ravnor.

They're evil beings that enslave humans to mine for an element needed to maintain their power. Without it, they revert to human form. 

I had A.I come up with what they look like.
