Awesome Timelapse Video and other stuff...

If you want to relax or just be impressed, watch this timelapse video of the Earth and sky. Be sure to expand to a full screen.

(I had the video here, but it starts playing all by itself. Please go to the website below to view it.)

I discovered this video on the Universe Today website, which I follow.

You can see more videos here.

Meanwhile, things have been a little crazy. Thursday evening I hit a deer, but at least the car wasn’t damaged (or me). The deer ran off, but was probably injured. My stomach problems are under control. I was feeling much better, until I caught a cold. Then early Sunday morning at 2:30 a.m. the power went out because we had high winds.  Well, the big problem is that the basement pump runs on electricity. It tends to fill up fast if it’s above freezing. So we have a generator, but when you have a cold the last thing you want to do is get out of bed and start a generator while freezing winds are whipping around. Yet, there was no choice. Switching off circuit breakers, running cords, etc, etc.

Finally, the power comes back on around noon. Two hours later, the cable and internet go out. They didn’t come back on until 9 p.m. That’s right…no football. *grumble*

I’m getting closer to publishing “Visionary of Peace” I have a cover almost ready. The most final of edits is in progress. The only thing I don’t have ready (of course) is any blog tour type plans.  Anyway, I will have to figure out something.

The video is amazing. Mesmerizing.
Glad you weren't hurt when you hit the deer. And no football? The horror!

Great video. Only criticism is that it automatically plays without any hitting the play button. When you open up 50 tabs at the same time (like I do) to go and visit blogs, and all that music starts streaming, then you wonder which tab it's on LOL.

Earth is awesome. Also, I want to see the Northern Lights before I die. And...I'm pretty sure I've been to a few of those places in the video.

Loved the video, and man, what a rough week. I hit a dear once and it totaled my car - and the dear. So I suppose it could have been worse. Hang in there, can't wait to see Visionary of Peace unveiled.

I hate getting out of bed in the middle of the night in any temperature! Awesome video!

Beautiful video.
I heard that in New Jersey, dear hunting has started because dears are coming in neighborhoods and are distracting drivers. Please on't let this effect your health. Sometimes nervousness and being hard on our selves can make stomach problems even worse. Take care.

I've seen that video before and am still amazed by it. :-)

Sounds like you dodged a bullet with the deer! Really glad to hear you're okay.

Let me know when Visionary is out. I'd love to have you over to the blog for an interview, etc.
